Sonal has been a full-time Director with Anjarwalla & Khanna, a leading law firm in Kenya, for over 15 years.  Prior to joining Anjarwalla & Khanna, Sonal worked at Franks Charlesly & Co. in London for 11 years (6 of those as a partner).  She is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with considerable experience in mergers & acquisitions including cross border mergers & acquisitions, energy, infrastructure projects and project finance, banking and capital markets.
