Simon has 30 years of business experience, most of which has been dedicated to strategy consulting with a focus on strategic decision making where he has worked with large corporates around the world. He currently delivers this consulting through his company: Genesis Management Consulting. Simon is an adjunct professor of strategy at IE Business School where he lectures on strategy, strategic decisions and M&A. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Mashauri Limited an online accelerator for startups aimed at increasing the success rate of new businesses around the globe.
