Luke Tapp is a Senior Associate for Pinsent Masons (Dubai office) and leads the firm's UAE and Middle East employment practice.  Luke’s non-contentious practice includes preparing handbooks and senior executive agreements, assisting with cross-jurisdictional secondments, senior executive terminations and large multi-jurisdictional employment project work. Luke also has a wide litigation practice and often assists clients on a variety of onshore UAE Labour Law and DIFC Employment Law disputes. Luke regularly present to clients, HR networks and local business groups on all aspects of UAE and Middle East employment law.
