George Saab has been an HR practitioner since 1988. He studied International Affairs at LAU and holds an MBA from L’Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) Lebanon.  For 8 years, he headed the HR at Chalhoub Group as their CHRO (11000 employees today) where he was entrusted with building the HR function in the region. He then moved to TECOM Investments, a semi private entity of Dubai Holding. Today he is a Senior Consultant at the Knowledge Development Company after serving as Group HR Mgr of  Debbane Saikali group, a regional conglomerate in 5 different sectors.
