This presentation will showcase the findings from the recent CIPD HR Analytics research undertaken in the region. The research was a combination of 10 organisational case studies and an online questionnaire. The session will provide you with insights into the extent to which HR analytics is being embedded in organisations across the Middle East and what the barriers and enablers to HR Analytics success are. Matt will also share CIPD’s recommendations for the future of this important HR discipline and the metrics currently being measured by organisations across the region to help you with your analytics journey.
