Achieve Nationalisation Through an Integrated Talent Management Approach
Nationalisation is taking on more significance than ever in terms of trying to increase the ratio of Nationals to expatriates. This session will outline not only the great benefits that Nationalisation can achieve, but also how a joined up and integrated talent management approach is essential. This includes linking talent mapping, successional planning (with integrated Nationalisation targets) and subsequent development plans in order to help achieve Nationalisation in both an efficient and sustainable way, whilst at the same time ensuring capability risks are mitigated.
