10 Killer Interview Questions to Differentiate Top Talent from the Pool
Behavioural interviewing technique (e.g. describing a situation, one’s action and subsequent outcome) is a popular competency-based model used by many companies over decades. Pejman will discuss the limitations of this technique in the face of 21st century workplace complexities and over-saturation of highly competent applicants, especially the millennials. You will then learn about a fast-paced hybrid model of competency-personality assessment to be used for any interviewing situations. Finally, a sample of 10 questions that were used in over 200 job interviews will be presented as a take away for participants to be used at their organisations.
